My Daddy is a Pretzel ~ Giveaway!

Happy Tuesday! It's superhero day at Little J's school and he's off in his Spider-Man costume happy as can be. I'm sending Little K off to spend the morning with J's mom so I can work on my business. In the meantime, who wants a fun little giveaway for today?

Awesome book!
My Daddy is a Pretzel is one of my family's favourite books. Every page has a different yoga pose for the kids to do. The accompanying card deck has so many poses including some really fun partner ones. This book gets the kids excited about yoga, a practice they can continue their entire lives, and it's fun to do the poses as a family.

Yoga isn't something that requires special equipment or classes, though both can be nice. It's fun to flip through the book and do the poses here and there on our own time. My hope is that the kids see yoga and stretching as a fun activity, something they can do whenever and wherever.
