Drop Shot.
Being from PlaSmart, the company that brought us the PlasmaCars we so love, I knew Drop Shot was going to be simple yet super fun and I wasn't disappointed. The goal is to get your marble to the top before everyone else and not get knocked back to the bottom. There is strategy involved but also a whole lot of luck. The box says for ages 6 and up and I think that's because of the marbles and the blue gates, but my 4 and 5 year olds had no problem playing.

So much excitement!
The game is for 2-4 players and the kids have each decided on a colour and assigned ones to myself and J as well. They started out using a very every-man-for-himself approach but now they use the gates to not only stop themselves from being knocked out, but they help each other.

Everyone tenses when the yellow circle gets rolled because that means a ball gets dropped. It bounces down the dark blue plinko part of the game and goes down one of the 4 rows, taking out any marbles in its path.

Which path will is choose?

Watch out, Blue!

This game is a lot of fun for the whole family. My only complaint is that the dark blue plinko piece isn't the sturdiest and gets knocked over by excited kids.

It's your chance to win Drop Shot! Tell me in the comments what your favourite game is. I don't think I could pick. Be sure to fill out the form below. Giveaway closes April 4th at midnight. Winner will be contacted by email and must be willing to provide their mailing address in order to be sent the game. Open to Canada and the continental US. Good luck!
