It's been a little over a week since I stopped putting sugar in my tea in the mornings. I figure I've got that down now and it's time to tackle exercising. I really want to get addicted to exercise: I want it to be something I NEED to do, something I make time for regularly, something that I just do. It hasn't been that way so far, but maybe this time it'll stick?
Not the fastest or the longest, but a run.
Yesterday I managed a treadmill run, some core work, and an arm workout. All with my little girl watching me. She hung off the treadmill while I ran, counted my pushups and situps, and sat in my lap while I worked my arms. She's a good cheerleader when she's not whining that she's bored.
